Step 2: Send an email with your concerns to the Head of Customer Care at head.customercare@sbigeneral.in if you are unhappy with the solution offered or have not heard back.
Step 3: Send your appeal to the Chairman of the Grievance Redressal Committee if you are unhappy with the resolution offered in the steps previously mentioned. The Committee will investigate the appeal and make a prompt decision on the merits.
Step 4: If the insurance company's information does not satisfy you or you do not receive a response from the insurance company, you can also contact the Insurance Ombudsman or the Grievance Redressal Cell of the IRDA's Consumer Affairs Department.
