Cashless Claim Process
Filing a cashless claim under your Tata AIG health insurance policy is easy. If you want to file a claim, email healthclaimsupport@tataaig.com or use the 24-hour toll-free number 1800 266 7780. You can also follow the steps given below:
- Visit Tata Health Insurance's official website.
- Select the ‘Claim’ tab.
- Follow the given steps and submit required details.
- Their claim support team will guide you through the process.
Reimbursement Claim Process
To file a reimbursement claim, you must pay the hospital costs in full at the time of admission if the insurer does not offer a cashless claim option or you have chosen a non-network hospital. The insurance company will subsequently pay you back for the medical expenses.
You can also follow the steps given below to file a claim:
- Provide all the relevant documents to Tata AIG health insurance company.
- Wait for document assessment.
- Wait for the payment processing. Once it is done, you will be reimbursed for the costs incurred as per policy terms.
